Marc Castelli makes his home on Maryland's Eastern Shore, For over twenty years he has earned his living as a painter. Castelli's fascination with water and boats has led him to destinations all over the world. He's been honored with one-man shows in India and Oman and through the U.S. State Department's Art in Embassies Program exhibited in Brazil, Qatar and Madagascar.
He is considered by art critic and historian J. Russell Jinishian to be among the finest marine artists in this and the last century. The prestigious Mystic Maritime Museum Gallery recognizes him as a Modern Marine Master. The quality of his dedication is reflected in the numerous private and corporate collections of his work, both nationally and internationally.
